Island Bliss Alpacas
Island Bliss Alpacas is located in Oak Harbor and is home to 23 alpacas (and counting) and 3 llamas. We are in the business of breeding alpacas with fine, dense and crimpy fleece characteristics, coupled with gentle dispositions. We have alpacas for sale – from pets to fine breeding stock. We will provide educational materials, tours and our farm store will be open featuring alpaca-related clothing and products, hand-spun yarn, and fiber for hand-spinners and fiber artists. In addition we will have spinning, weaving, felting and other fiber processing demonstrations throughout the day. The public will be able to hand-feed animals and feel their fabulous fleece! We will also be giving away free compost – ready to use in your garden.

Directions: From Hwy 20, turn east on Fakkema and go about 1½ miles, then turn south onto Taylor Rd. for about a mile. The farm is on the corner of Taylor and Mounts, just south of Silverlake.
